Ushopsmart shallbe held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser. New York City inparticular has strict laws regarding our shipping products to their city. We donot ship locking folding knives to New York City. We will ship our otherproducts such as kitchen cutlery, flashlights, etc. This situation is beyondour control.
